Reading God's Word

I saw a post somewhere online that said something about how the creator of the entire world left us a book, and I thought WOW! How amazing that He left us a book to read and learn about Him and His amazing, redemptive grace and mercy. This also got me to thinking, am I spending enough time in His word? Am I spending worthwhile, useful time in His word? I think we could all say, when we really self-evaluate, that there's room for improvement in our relationship/time spent with Jesus. We are so fortunate to have access to God's word, so let's take advantage of that and commit ourselves to growing in the word.
